What if a product is unavailable?

If you are interested in purchasing a collection that is currently unavailable, we invite you to contact us through email or WhatsApp. A personal advisor will provide you with the information you needed.

What are the delivery options?

Delivery will be done within 24-48 hours within UAE. Same day delivery in Dubai if the order is placed before 1 pm.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link through sms or email. You may also contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp for any assistance.

Why should I become a registered user?

It will be easy for the future transactions. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping address every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address and email on file. We will keep track of the orders you've already put in your cart so that when you come back later, you don't need to re-select the items again. Note: Placing the items to your cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
